Direct Shipment of Alcohol: Due to laws regulating the direct shipment of alcoholic beverages to individuals, A Dozen Vintners only ships orders taken on-line to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Quantity limitations may also apply based upon the size of your order or the total amount shipped to you in a month or year.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes A Dozen Vintners to act on the buyers behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. And in placing an order, the buyer represents to A Dozen Vintners that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Return/Refund Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, A Dozen Vintners will pay all shipping costs.
A Dozen Vintners will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to A Dozen Vintners and all shipping costs will be covered by A Dozen Vintners.
Shipping Outside of the USA: Due to export laws prohibiting the delivery of alcoholic beverages directly to a consumer, A Dozen Vintners will not ship wine outside the United States of America.s solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products.
